ENT Summit Asia 2026

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

All fees are subjected to the addition of 8% SST. Fees stated above exclude Government taxes, levies or charges. Any taxes, levies or charges which may be introduced & subjected in accordance with Malaysian Government Legislation will be additional to the prices quoted.
Registration Fees above includes access to all 3 days sessions, coffee breaks and lunch provided.
For registrations with hotel room, check in date is 15 April 2026, after 1500hrs and check out date is 18 April 2026, before 1200hrs with a total of three (3) nights stay. Note: Room is for single occupancy and comes with One (1) breakfast only.
Participants above 70 years old are entitled to a complimentary registration. Kindly email secretariat@entsummit.com for more information.

These fees are indicative only. The organiser reserves the right to introduce add-on tickets or changes to the registration fees as the planning progresses. Please refer to the conference website for the latest registration fees.

Liability

The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during the duration of the conference. Participants should make their own personal arrangements.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing to the ENT Summit Secretariat via email to secretariat@entsummit.com and will be subjected to the following conditions:

Cancellation on or before 28th February 2026: 50% Refund.
Cancellation on or after 1st March 2026: No refund will be made. Nevertheless, a substitute delegate will be most welcome (kindly refer to the Name Change / Substitution' clause below for further information).
No Show: No refund will be made.
Name Change / Substitution: All registrations are only valid for the respective person mentioned in the Registration Form. A registered delegate unable to attend the Congress may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying in writing to the Congress Secretariat by 1st April 2026 with complete information as required in the online registration form.

E-Certificate of Attendance

An E-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates. After the conference, you may log in to your ENT Summit ASIA 2026 account to download your e-certificate under DASHBOARD after submitting your feedback form.
