Terms and Conditions
Registration Fees with Hotel Room comes with the following Hotel Rooms at the conference venue.
Hilton Kuala Lumpur Deluxe Room (Single Occupancy) for 3 nights.
- Check-in 28th February 2024 after 3.00pm
- Check-out 2nd March 2024 before 12:00pm
Each room night comes with daily buffet breakfast for 1 person. Should the room require 2 breakfasts, an additional charge is chargeable to the guest when they check-in to the room.
It includes Wifi in the guest room.
Bed type (king / twin bedded) is subject to availability.
ENT Summit 2024 registration fees with Hotel Room only comes with the package above.
If delegates wish for Hilton Kuala Lumpur hotel rooms in other categories or additional nights, please select the registration fees without hotel rooms and book their hotel rooms directly with Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Liability
The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of the participants during the duration of the conference. Participants should make their own personal arrangements.
E-Certificate of Attendance
A E-Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates.
After the conference, you may log in to your ENT Summit 2024 account to download your e-certificate under DASHBOARD after submitting your feedback form.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on or before 15th December 2023 : 50% Refund
- Cancellation on or after 15th December 2023 : No refund
Disclaimer
Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all aspects of the conference as mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee reserves the right to make last-minute changes should the need arise.
If you are unable to attend the summit after completing your registration, you may change the participant name for a participant of the same category. Please contact the summit secretariat via email at secretariat@entsummit.com to request for the change.
